At Elkstone Marble & Tiles Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the natural and unique characteristics of marble and stone products, we kindly ask you to review the following return and exchange policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted for products that are:

  • Damaged during transportation (with proof upon delivery)

  • Incorrectly delivered items (wrong color, size, or type)
    All return claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut or fabricated marble and stone products

  • Installed or altered materials

  • Products purchased at clearance or discounted rates

  • Items without original packaging or documentation

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@elkstone.ca with your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Restocking fees may apply.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for the same product, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.
If you wish to exchange for a different product, we will either refund the price difference or request additional payment, depending on the price variance.
