At Elkstone Marble & Tiles Inc., all orders are fulfilled on a warehouse pickup basis. Please review the following terms regarding our shipping and delivery policy:
1. Delivery Method
We do not offer direct delivery to customer addresses. All products must be collected from our designated warehouse location by the customer or a third-party logistics provider arranged by the customer.
2. Pickup Scheduling
Once your order is ready for pickup, our team will notify you via email or phone. Customers are responsible for scheduling a suitable pickup time within our warehouse working hours.
3. Transportation Responsibility
Elkstone Marble & Tiles Inc. is not responsible for transportation or handling beyond our facility. Customers must ensure proper loading, securing, and transportation of the materials using appropriate equipment and vehicles.
4. Inspection Upon Pickup
We strongly recommend inspecting all materials at the time of pickup. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported before the materials leave our warehouse.
5. Third-Party Pickup
If you are arranging a third-party pickup, please inform us in advance and ensure that your transporter provides the correct order reference and identification upon arrival.
